Welcome to Chandlr LLC! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, https://www.chandlr.co (the "Website"), including any purchases you make through the Website, our social media, Discord community, our Secret Society membership, and any affiliated services.
Chandlr LLC is a Texas limited liability company with its principal place of business in McKinney, Texas.
By accessing or using the Website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Website or related services.
Products and Services
We offer a variety of candles, candle accessories, blankets, and related items for sale through the Website. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but variations may occur in color, size, and other details due to the nature of handcrafted goods and digital displays.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We will send you an order confirmation email detailing the items you have ordered. This email does not constitute acceptance of your offer. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Shipping, Delivery, and Lost Packages
We prioritize shipping orders via UPS for reliability and tracking purposes. However, we reserve the right to change, add, or remove shipping carriers—including but not limited to UPS, USPS, or other providers—at our discretion and as necessary to fulfill orders efficiently.
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that are shipped.
We are not responsible for delivery orders that are stolen from property after we deliver them.
We reserve the right to deny shipping to any country, state, province, or location at our own discretion.
Returns and Refunds
Membership Members & General Customers are given a 7-day grace period to report any damaged or missing items. Reports beyond this period cannot be fulfilled.
We handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If your items are damaged upon delivery, we may require image or video proof and/or a full return to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs if a return is needed. An address will be provided via direct communication (email, text, or phone).
We do not provide refunds on orders due to the nature of our products. If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be processed on a case-by-case basis and only to the original payment method.
After the 7-day grace period, we are not held responsible for any claims regarding refunds, returns, or damages.
Secret Society Membership: Terms and Refund Policy
Chandlr LLC offers a membership program known as the Secret Society, available in monthly, yearly, or lifetime options. Membership grants users substantive discounts, free products, access to exclusive communication channels, and additional benefits.
All general Terms and Conditions described herein apply to Secret Society members. In addition:
Membership Benefits: Benefits, discounts, freebies, and access to special channels are provided at our discretion and may change at any time.
Modification of Membership: Chandlr LLC reserves the right to change, modify, remove, or discontinue the Secret Society membership or any of its features at any time, with or without notice.
Refunds: All sales of Secret Society memberships are final. Refunds are strictly prohibited due to the nature of the membership, the immediate access to discounts, and the value of free products and exclusive access provided.
Resale: Membership benefits, discounts, and products received as part of the Secret Society may not be resold, transferred, or shared without explicit written permission from Chandlr LLC.
Safety Instructions and Liability Disclaimer
All instructions and safety warnings are clearly written on our 1lb bags for The Pound, The Kit, The Vessels, and other products.
Please read and follow all safety instructions provided with your purchase.
Standard Candle Warning:
Burn within sight.
Keep away from flammable objects.
Keep away from children and pets.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting.
Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time.
Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chandlr LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, injuries, loss of life, limb, property, or any other harm resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to candles and related accessories. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to assume all risks and responsibilities.
Intellectual Property and Content Use
All content on the Website, our social media accounts, Discord, and any affiliated platforms—including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, trademarks, product names, and the Makr App—is the exclusive property of Chandlr LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any content or products from the Website, our social media, Discord, or affiliated platforms without our express written permission.
Products may not be resold without proper certification from us via wholesale purchases.
If you are granted access to our Makr App or any internal tools, you acknowledge that all rights and ownership remain with Chandlr LLC, and access may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Post or transmit any harmful content, such as viruses, spam, or malware.
Interfere with the operation of the Website or any related systems.
